No. Every fix, post and reply lands in your portal first. You review it, tap approve, and only then does it ship. You are always the last step.
Is Care · Growth the same as the $2,499 Growth package?
No, and that is why the monthly plans carry the Care name. The Growth package ($2,499) is a one-time build. Care · Growth ($299/mo) is the plan that keeps the work going after any build, month after month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Care plans are month to month with no lock-in. If you choose the annual option you get 2 months free, and you can still step down at renewal.
I bought a one-time project. Can I add Care later?
Absolutely. One-time projects stay one-time and you own everything we build. A Care plan can start whenever you want us back on watch, even years later.
