Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the High Tech Websites client portal and services, operated by Dhillon Media Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating a portal account or connecting an account, you agree to them. Contact: dhillonmediainc@gmail.com.

The service

We build and manage websites, and manage connected business profiles and social accounts on your behalf. You authorize us to act only within the permissions you grant, and nothing is posted, changed or published to a connected account without your explicit approval in the portal.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you own, or are authorized to manage, any business, website, Google Business Profile, Facebook Page or Instagram account you connect.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of content you approve for publication.
• You will keep your login credentials secure.

Connected platforms

Our access to Google, Facebook and Instagram is provided through those platforms’ own login and permission flows and is subject to their terms (including the Meta Platform Terms and Google API Services User Data Policy). You may revoke our access at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Fees, plans and billing terms are those shown when you subscribe. Trials and plan details are described in the portal.

Acceptable use

You will not use the service to publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, or in violation of any connected platform’s policies.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for the availability or decisions of third-party platforms (for example, whether Google or Meta approves API access or a published change). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. On termination we delete stored tokens and, on request, your data as described in our data deletion instructions.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above.
